The Coast Guard pulled a body from the river in the Flats on Tuesday morning.

Officials were called to 1811 Scranton Road around 7:45 a.m.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office is working on a cause of death, but has identified the victim as 22-year-old Kavon Erik Tate-Griffin, of Cleveland.

This is the second body discovered in the river along the Flats this month. On Aug. 8, a woman drowned near the Nautica Pavilion after jumping into the water with friends.
