Chuck E. Cheese attack sentencing

Sentencing Wednesday for a Cleveland man convicted of participating in a melee at a Parma Chuck E. Cheese that made national headlines.

Jahmeel Green Sr.was sentenced to probation.

On March 8, 2015, Green, Albert Brown, Jermele  Barkley and two other suspects were at a child's birthday party when they got upset a photo machine was not working.

The adults started a fight with the employees. A total of six employees were injured, including two who were seriously injured.

Someone called 911 but the suspects all ran before police arrived. They were not arrested until a few weeks later.

Last month, the other two suspects, Chakara Watts and Jahmeel Green Jr., pled guilty to misdemeanor charges. Both were ordered to pay court costs.

Brown and Barkley will stand trial later.
