43 Forum: Play ball at League Park

The call to play ball has been heard in Cleveland for more than one hundred years on baseball fields in Cleveland. That sounds echoes again at League Park at East 66th and Lexington, but, there are more than community folks hitting balls at the park where Babe Ruth hit his 500th home run or where the Negro League played its World Series.

In fact, that history, plus a whole lot more is housed at the historic League Park and here to tell us about it are Robert Zimmer, founder & president of the Baseball Heritage Museum and Joe Gazzo, director of education at League Park.
