2 oz Miso base
8 oz Pork stock
5 oz Namma Ramen Noodles
4 oz Shredded pork
1/8 cup Scallions
1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp Crispy garlic
Purchasing and Prep:
Bring a 2 quart stock pot of water to a boil.
Drop your portion of noodles into the water. Allow the noodles to cook for approximately 50 seconds.
In the bowl that you are going to eat your noodles from, place your miso base and warmed pork stock. Mix until miso is incorporated into pork broth.
