GARFIELD HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) - Time Warner Cable is looking to increase its customer service workforce by more than 30 at its Cleveland operations.
"We are looking to fill a number of full-time customer service positions in our Cleveland office, which provides many employment opportunities for this region of the state," said John Higgins, area vice president at Time Warner. "With the roll out of new products and services this year, the increased workforce is needed to assist customers."

"This announcement means a boost to our economy, new products and services for consumers to explore, and most importantly, jobs and career opportunities for residents."
The job fair will take place on Monday, Oct. 12, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 15305 NEO Parkway in Garfield Heights.
During the fair, candidates will have the opportunity to meet customer care leaders and assess the company culture, while learning about hours, pay, and training. Those wanting to move forward may have to come back for a face-to-face final interview.
