CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A Cleveland police officer arrested over the weekend plead not guilty to assault and abduction in court Tuesday.
Patrolman Mister Jackson, 34, is accused of biting a woman on the right side of her chest during a fight Saturday.
The two reportedly got into an altercation in a car when Jackson tried to stop the victim from leaving.
The woman says she was scared of Officer Jackson and in an attempt to leave, her car hit a house.
Jackson's bond was continued and his case was bound over to the Cuyahoga County Grand Jury.
Jackson has been placed on unpaid administrative leave.
