Broncos defeat Browns in OT 26-23

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Brandon McManus hits a 34-yard field goal in overtime to win 26-23.

In overtime, Manning throws his third interception, this one by Mingo, in Broncos territory. After a run for a loss by Robert Turbin and a sack, the Browns were in third and long and would later punt.

With 44 seconds left in the game, McCown throws an interception. The Game would go into overtime after a near Emmanuel Sanders touchdown that would be ruled incomplete.

With 1:30 left in the game, Peyton Manning misses on three straight attempts and punts to the Browns with three time outs left.

The 10 play drive will stall and Travis Coons would tie it at 23 with under two minutes left in the game.

The Browns are driving  with two minutes left in the game, down 23-20. At the Broncos 14 yard line.

On the very next play, Manning connects with Emmanuel Sanders for a 75 yard touchdown to regain the lead 23-20.

Karlos Dansby intercepts Peyton Manning for the second time, Dansby would score a touchdown on the interception. Browns take the 20-16 lead after a failed two point conversion.

McCown found Barnidge for their second touchdown of the game, this one from 14 yards out to cut the Broncos lead to 16-14

The Browns defense holds the Broncos to another field goal early on in the fourth quarter, McManus connects from 39 yards out to extend the Broncos lead to 16-7.

The Browns defense holds Manning and the Broncos offense to their second field goal, McManus hits from 26 yards out to extend the Broncos lead 13-7.

McCown would get sacked and would lose the ball, Broncos defense comes up with the sack/fumble recovery.

History: Gary Barnidge becomes the first Browns TE to record a touchdown catch in four consecutive games since Ozzie Newsome in Weeks 3-6 in 1981.

The Browns could not get in field goal range as the first half comes to an end, Broncos lead 10-0.

Brandon McManus attempted a 51-yard field goal for the Broncos, but missed with 18 seconds left to go in the first half.

With under six minutes to go int he first half, the Broncos fail to convert on 3rd down and punts to the Browns.

The following Browns drive goes for nine plays and 15 yards, but ends in a punt.

At the end of the first quarter, the Broncos lead the Browns 3-0.

After a 15 play drive, the Browns finally stop the Broncos on 3rd down and force them to attempt a field goal. Brandon McManus connects on a 29-yard field goal to give the Broncos a 3-0 lead. 

The Browns would pass up on Travis Coons, who is perfect on the season, to go for it on fourth down, and fail to convert. The Broncos take over on downs.
