DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A window washer was plucked from the side of a downtown Cleveland building in a dramatic rescue Monday.
Firefighters performed a rope rescue at East 9th and Theresa Lane. They were called to the scene around 10:15 a.m.
It's believed an equipment malfunction left the worker stranded about 13 stories up.
Firefighters went on the roof and lowered him down.
He was not injured and went back to work.
