ROCKY RIVER, OH (WOIO) -

A 22-year-old nanny scheduled to appear in court Wednesday did not show, rather her attorney faxed her plea in.

Prosecutors say Hannah Loparich left two kids, ages 3 and 6, inside a car while she went tanning.

A witness saw them in the car outside of the Neon Beach tanning salon and called Rocky River Police.

Officers were in the parking lot when Loparich walked out of the tanning salon, according to the police report. The windows to the car were down and the keys were left on the dashboard.

Loparich was arrested and the children were turned over to their mother.

She's charged with two counts child endangerment.

She remains free on bond. Her next court date has not been set.
