What's new? Popcorn flavors, Michael Symon's Milkshake Cart, beer vending to great fans at Q

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - With Tristan Thompson's late signing, it appears the Cleveland Cavaliers are set to make a huge run at the NBA title. Just ask any Cavs fan.

One fan on East 4th Street said, "I expect them to be great, better than last year."

A free Fan Fest starts at 4 p.m. in Gateway Plaza for the home opener on Oct. 30, with live music, food trucks, interactive games and more.

Fans will be greeted by several new and delicious dining options, along with the return of a few favorites.

The new Launch Test Kitchen in Section 126 offers up-and-coming food concepts from local chefs.

Dan Gilbert's team is adding a Michael Symon's Milkshake Cart in Section 207, which features a variety of flavors and an option for adding alcohol.

In Loudville, a new Nom Nom Popcorn Cart will feature sweet and savory popcorn flavors for fans to try.

In a very unscientific poll, the Corner Alley's crowd favorite in Section 116 is an interactive beer-vending machine that takes credit cards.

"That's a good idea. If you have a good craft beer and I can just fill up my own beer, that's exciting to me," says one Cavs fan.

Tickets are still available. Get yours here.
