CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Thursday is National Cat Day, and Uber is turning its car service into a treat for anyone needing to cuddle a kitten.
From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Uber users in Cleveland can order up kittens through the Uber app for a $30 "snuggle fee."
Uber will deliver the kittens, which are provided by the Cleveland Animal Protective League, for 15 minutes of cuddle time.
The kittens will be chaperoned by representatives from the APL and Uber at every stop, and will be up for adoption at the end of the day.
How it works:
- Request the kittens in the Uber app between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
- Individuals will have 15 minutes to spend with the kittens.
- Uber says in most cities the kittens will be eligible for adoption.
Just make sure you have an area of closed space so the kittens don't get away.
