CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Cleveland police are investigating the city's 109th homicide.
Police say a 31-year-old man was walking home around 10:20 p.m. on E. 61st Street when he was shot. Fourth district officers responded for shots fired and a man down in the yard. The victim was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his legs and abdomen. He was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center where he died.
Witnesses says the man was watching TV with friends at a home in the 3600 block, he left to walk home alone, shots were heard and the victim found shot. There were no known witnesses to the shooting. If you know anything give police a call.
