CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Downtown Cleveland drivers should plan ahead and use detours during road closures and ramp restrictions this month.
ODOT is planning work during the first week of November, as part of the George V. Voinovich Bridge project and the project to resurface the deck of the bridge, which carries I-71 northbound over the Jennings Freeway at the Metro Curve. Work will take place from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. except where otherwise noted. The work is coordinated to avoid impacts to downtown events, including Cavs games.
