The man accused of breaking into cars and stealing several items has been arrested.

According to Fairview Park police Casey Dale, 22, was arrested at his North Olmsted home last week.

After an exhaustive investigation, two Fairview Park police officers linked Dale to the crimes because he left his name at a pawn shop while trying to get rid of some jewelry stolen out of one the victim's cars.

The shop's owner identified the piece and gave police the name of the person "pawning" the item.

During Dale's arrest officers also found large amounts of loose change and small items which had been taken from cars both in Fairview Park and North Olmsted.

Dale is suspected of stealing stuff out of over 15 unlocked cars in two cities.
