Former Mike Tyson mansion gets Godly makeover

TRUMBULL COUNTY, OH (WOIO) - The former Trumbull County home of boxing champion Mike Tyson will soon be a place of worship.

The 22,000 square foot house near Warren in Southington has been sitting empty since Tyson sold the place in 1999.

The Living Word Sanctuary bought the estate back in March for $750,000.

No word yet on when the doors will open, but there is hope to be in their new home in time for Christmas service.
