Shootout leaves one dead, victim ID'd

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

The victim in the city's 110th homicide this year has been identified as Deonte Harris.

Cleveland Police say Harris, 24, was found shot to death near West 82nd Street and Neville Avenue around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Witnesses say he argued with 32-year-old Richard Barringer, III, and that the two fired shots at each other.

Barringer was arrested and police say both he and Harris had guns.
