A Carl Monday investigation on pit bulls has a lot of people talking on social media tonight. The number of pit bull attacks in Cleveland is on the rise. Should more be done to keep you safe? Carl takes a look on Cleveland 19 News at 11.

Plus, a local man forced to stare down the barrel of a gun, all because of a clerical error.  Police pulled him over, thinking he was in a stolen car. And now this innocent man, who works for County Executive Armond Budish, wants answers.
