CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

After warrants were issued for three men in connection to 5-year-old Ramon Burnett's shooting death, police say two have turned themselves in to authorities.

Ramon was caught in the crossfire during a drive-by shooting in the 2300 block of Louise Harris Drive back on Sept. 4. He was shot in the chest while playing outside.

Cleveland Police say 20-year-old Malik Marsean Norman and 20-year-old Demetric Croskey turned themselves in to homicide investigators on Thursday.

Richard Davonn Fields remains on the run. He is described as a 19-year-old black male, standing 5’9” tall, weighing 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He should be considered armed and dangerous.

Two other suspects in the case have been in jail since September. Dontavious Williams and Marlon Hackett have been indicted on grand jury charges of murder.

Anyone with information on Fields' whereabouts is urged to contact homicide investigators at (216) 623-5464.
