CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - On Friday, November 6, at around 11 p.m., Fifth District Cleveland Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of E. 140th Street for a man shot.
When officers arrived they located a 36-year-old man suffering five gunshot wounds.
He was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center where he was treated for non life-threatening injuries and released.
According to authorities, attendees of a house party became involved in a verbal argument outside of the home.
A gunman then shot into the crowd, after which the suspects sped away in a vehicle.
This car later crashed into another vehicle and three suspects were taken into custody.
The three people apprehended were an adult male, an adult female and a juvenile male.
A loaded 9 mm pistol was recovered at the scene of the arrest.
Detectives will conduct interviews and further investigate in order to determine the shooter.
