CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The fifth suspect in the shooting death of 5-year-old Ramon Burnett is now behind bars.
19-year-old Richard Davonn Fields was arrested Monday.
Fields, along with 20-year-old Malik Marsean Norman and 20-year-old Demetric Croskey, are all accused in the homicide investigation.
Ramon was caught in the crossfire during a drive-by shooting in the 2300 block of Louise Harris Drive on Sept. 4. He was shot in the chest while playing outside.
Norman and Croskey turned themselves in last week.
Two other suspects in the case have been in jail since September. Dontavious Williams and Marlon Hackett have been indicted on grand jury charges of murder.
