CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers will take on the New York Knicks for the second time in eight days. The Cavaliers beat the Knicks 96-86 last Wednesday, rookie Kristaps Porzingis scored 13 points on 6 of 11 shooting, adding four rebounds, two steals and two blocks in the contest.
"I think he's a pretty good player, and he has a bright future if he continues to get better, the NBA lifestyle can automatically make him stronger, if he put the work in the gym he will get stronger, he knows how to play the game, it was a good decision for them," Cavs forward LeBron James said about the rookie.
Porzingis became the first Knicks rookie since Patrick Ewing to score 40+ points and 30+ rebounds in his first four games.
The Knicks will look to end the Cavaliers seven game win streak at Madison Square Garden on Friday night.
