CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A North Ridgeville man and life-long Cleveland Browns fan is fed up!
Tony Sansavera said he's had enough with poor play calling and penalties after Sunday's dreadful 30-9 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Following the game, Sansavera went outside, dug a hole, and buried his Browns jersey. He marked the grave with a Browns hat.
Sansavera is not alone. Other Browns fans hit social media Sunday afternoon to vent their frustration after the team extended their losing streak to five.
One fan sent his message straight to the top of the organization via Twitter, and the sentiment was loud and clear.
Former Browns coach and two-time NFL Coach of the Year Sam Rutigliano told Cleveland 19 Sports Director Tony Zarrella on the Fifth Quarter Sunday, he would not be surprised if the Browns made the move to fire Pettine this week.
"No, I think you have to make the move, and if they do, I'd make sure Ray Farmer is in the taxicab with him", Rutigliano said, citing the multiple failed high draft picks over the past couple of years.
