CPD identify overnight homicide victim, 113th of the year

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

A man shot and killed early Monday morning has been identified by Cleveland police as Delshawn Hurd.

Authorities say they got a call about a shooting around 12:30 a.m. at a home on 149th St. and Kinsman.

Fourth district officers found Hurd, 36, lying in the driveway with multiple gunshot wounds about his body.  

He was taken to Metro where he was pronounced dead.  

Witnesses reported hearing 15-20 shots fired and that Hurd was shot while sitting in a Chevy Traverse.  

Two suspects, both described as black males, got into a white vehicle which fled north on East 149th street.
