CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The administrative hearing for Officer Michael Brelo will get underway sometime Monday.
This will be the last of the administrative hearings for the 13 Cleveland Police Officers who fired their weapons in the deadly chase and shooting in November 2012 where Malissa Williams and Timothy Russell were killed.
When the hearing happens, Officer Brelo will answer to charges of violating police procedures.
He could face a number of punishments. Discipline could range from suspension to termination.
Brelo was the only officer to be charged with a felony. He was found not guilty in a bench trial this past May.
Five Cleveland Police Supervisors are charged with dereliction of duty. Their case is pending before the Court of Appeals.
