AKRON, OH (WOIO) - Security is now a big issue at the site of Tuesday's deadly plane crash.

A Hawker H25 twin-engine business jet on approach to Akron Fulton International Airport crashed Tuesday killing all nine on board. In addition to the pilot and co-pilot, it was carrying seven associates from a Florida real estate company.

The jet crashed into a four-unit apartment building, destroying the unit and affecting those living in two adjacent apartment buildings.

Police have been around the clock to make sure thieves don't come steal residents' property. Landlord of the apartment building so concerned he hired police to do security.

People have begun to leave flowers at the crash site.

Sue Falcone is a neighbor. She brought flowers for the victims and donated a basket of supplies. She's appalled people would try to capitalize on this tragedy.
