CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Hue Jackson's got a big new job, and other than produce a winning team, Clevelanders say there's some other things he should do in Cleveland.
Emily Lauer, Senior Director of PR/Communications at Destination Cleveland, says that Jackson should start his transition to Cleveland by visiting the attractions the city is known for.
"Check out all of the attractions we're known for around the country and the world. The Rock Hall, Playhouse Square, see the Orchestra in University
Circle all he museums," said Lauer.
Lauer also suggests that Jackson visit the restaurants that Cleveland has to offer.
"We have a 117 ethnic groups represented here and we have nationally recognized chefs," said Lauer.
Cleveland 19's sister station WXIX in Cincinnati tells us that Jackson is a family man who likes to fly under the radar.
Mary Lessick, Director of Sales and Marketing at the Corner Alley suggests that a night there could give Jackson the hustle of downtown while providing
"We have 16 bowling lanes we have arcade games we have bubble hockey," said Lessick.
Laurer also adds that the vibrant personality of Cleveland stretches beyond downtown.
"Get into the neighborhoods and meet the people. We have the Cleveland Neighborhoods with Ohio City and Detroit Shoreway out into Collinwood to the
Waterloo Arts District and the communities around have some great things too," said Lauer.
