Garret, Higgs and Lewis have all been charged with Aggravated Burglary and will be in Parma Municipal Court on Jan 25.
The three men were captured after a pursuit that started in Parma, ended when the men crashed a stolen van into a home in the 6200 block of Delora Avenue in Brooklyn.

Police later learned that three suspects, believed to be Garret, Higgs and Lewis entered the victim's home, assaulted him and tied him up. The suspects then ransacked the victim's home and later fled the area in the victim's van.
Several minutes after receiving the call, a Parma officer spotted the stolen van on State Road near Wellington Avenue.
The officer attempted to the stop the van and that's when the driver, believed to be Garret, took off. The pursuit entered into Cleveland and ended when the driver of the van crashed into a house in the 6200 block of Delora Avenue in Brooklyn.
Garret, along with Higgs and Lewis fled from the scene. Officers from Parma, Brooklyn, and Cleveland searched the area and all three suspects were taken into custody a short time later.
