CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - The city of Cleveland denied more than 61 percent of submitted pothole claims in 2015.
According to a public records request filed several months ago with Cleveland, there were 681 claims filed total in 2015.
At least 417 of the claims were denied, 207 were approved, 13 closed and 44 remain open.
Cleveland paid more than $62,000 for repairs.
