CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

The Cleveland Police Bomb Squad has determined that a suspicious package found on an RTA train is a false alarm. All trains have been returned to their normal operating schedule.

RTA spokesman Jerry Masek says that just after 5 p.m., a call came in that a suspicious package was left on a train at the Buckeye/Woodhill Station.

According to Masek, Transit Police bomb-sniffing dogs got a positive hit on the package, and called the Bomb Squad in to investigate. Just after 8 p.m., the scene was beginning to clear out.

During the investigation, buses replaced all Blue and Green Line trains.
