CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Cleveland Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue will coach the Eastern Conference All-Stars in the 2016 All Star Game on Sunday, Feb. 14 from Air Canada Centre in Toronto.

The head coach of the top team in each respected conference following the games played two weeks prior to the All-Star Game serve as the head coach for the All-Star Game.

As of Wednesday morning, Lue has one win as a head coach. Lue was named the head coach of the east-leading Cavs after the team decided to let go of David Blatt last week.

The Cavaliers currently lead in the Eastern Conference with a 32-12 record.

Lue will be coaching Cavs' LeBron James, Pacers' Paul George, Knicks' Carmelo Anthony, Raptors' Kyle Lowry and Heat guard Dwayne Wade.

San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich will coach the Western Conference All-Stars. The Golden State Warriors have the best record in the West, but Steve Kerr is ineligible for the coaching honor because he led last year's Western Conference All-Stars.
