Baldwin Wallace students head to Super Bowl 50

BEREA, OH (WOIO) - For the fourth straight year a group of students from the sports management program at Baldwin Wallace University will make the trip to Super Bowl 50.

About 31 students, five faculty, three alumni, and one BW graduate assistant will depart Tuesday for Santa Clara, CA.

The group will work on-location on game day and at the NFL Experience events leading up to Super Bowl 50.

The NFL Experience is an interactive fan festival that includes dozens of games and exhibits.

Baldwin Wallace Professor Charles Campisi is the connection between the NFL and this great opportunity for BW students. Campisi worked in the front office of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It was his contacts who pushed open the door to this incredible learning experience.

Campisi knows how good the NFL is at putting on a Super Bowl spectacle, and knew his students would learn a lot in a short period of time.

The B-W students will work the fan experience up until Super Bowl Sunday and then will be in place at the stadium for game day.

That's not a bad resume builder.
