WICKLIFFE, OH (WOIO) -

The gunman who police say robbed a Euclid Avenue gas station in Wickliffe has been arrested.

Police caught up with Steven G. Kitchens, 41, on E 260th Street at Lakeland Boulevard after witnesses gave them a description of his getaway car and license plate number.

According to police, Kitchens had a realistic looking BB gun, cash, a ski mask, and gloves.

Wickliffe Detectives worked with counterparts in Middleburg Heights, North Olmsted, Fairview Park, and Cleveland, and Kitchens has been linked to similar robberies in all of the cities.

The Cleveland man was arraigned Monday in Willoughby Court on charges of robbery and possession of criminal tools.

His bond was set at $200,000, and he was transferred to the Lake County Jail. Additional charges in Cuyahoga County are expected.
