CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

A former North Olmsted police officer pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor.

Brian Bielozer was fired in November 2013 from the department.

An investigation revealed Bielozer used police department equipment to look up personal information about his girlfriend's landlord. Police said he find out the landlord's address and went to the landlord's home at 2:30 a.m.

While there in his police uniform, police said Bielozer threatened to pursue a criminal case against the landlord if they didn't return money he claimed was owed to his girlfriend.

He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, one year probation and cannot be a police officer again.
