WARREN, OH (WOIO) -

A Warren mom could face charges after her two young children were rushed to the hospital. Officials say they were found unconscious in their Randolph Street Northwest.

According to WKBN, the 9-month-old and 21-month-old are currently at Akron Children's Hospital in stable condition.

Investigators aren't saying what happened to the children, but we do know their mother and grandmother took them to the emergency room and hospital staff administered naloxone to help them regain consciousness.

The fire department was sent to the home to check the carbon monoxide and natural gas levels.

Both children are expected to be fine.

The incident remains under investigation.
