AKRON, OH (WOIO) -

Two young children found unconscious in Warren have been released from to the hospital, according to WKBN in Youngstown. The station also reported police believe the kids had opiates in their system but are waiting for toxicology reports to identify the drug.

The 9-month-old and 21-month-old were released from Akron Children's Hospital after they were found unconscious in their home. Naloxone was used to resuscitate the two children. 

A Warren mom could face charges.

The incident remains under investigation.
