TORONTO (AP) - The first All-Star Game outside the U.S. was the highest-scoring ever. The West won the offensive shootout 196 to 173. It was Kobe Bryant's last All-Star game. He scored 10 points. Oklahoma City Thunder guard Russell Westbrook took home MVP honors.

The lone Cavalier at the NBA All-Star game, LeBron James scored 13 points. Tyronn Lue was on the bench coaching the East.

With all the big NBA stars in Toronto for All-Star weekend and millions of fans watching around the world, the big shoe companies have turned the basketball court into a fashion runway. LeBron James debuted a new version of his Nike sneakers this weekend called the 13 Lows, a black shoe with white and red trim and his signature King James logo on the tongue.
