Hybrid Global: Delivering students a promising future

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Founder of the non-profit organization Hybrid Global, Elijah Frazier had a vision of helping kids pursue their dreams, not only pursuing them but helping them recognized their dreams.

After barely graduating High School in 2006, Frazier found himself questioning his purpose in life. He gave college a try because he felt like that was the normal thing to do and what you had to do,  but found out it wasn't for him, he was "wired differently" as he said on Cleveland 19 News on Sunday morning with Denise Zarrella. That gave Frazier the vision to help kids like him that may not view college as an option and to keep them out of trouble and find a purpose.

The goal is to reduce unemployment rates by creating jobs, promote financial independence, teach time management and critical thinking skills and provide job placement.
