CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - It takes time to fill up your grocery basket and it's not only time, you need manpower to carry it all.
You are used to hearing there's an APP for that, but here in Cleveland there's a website for that.
"I never had time to go grocery shopping, I never had time to really go out in the cold or anything," said CEO and Founder of Go Shoppers Ohio, Byron Wilson, Jr.
Wilson is a Cleveland native and a former NFL player, who four years ago was with the Washington Redskins. He says time was his nemesis, once he moved back to Cleveland he wanted to start something that would help the city, from there Go Shoppers Ohio was born.
"I thought what could the city of Cleveland need that would be beneficial to me as well as them? That's how I came up with the idea," said Bryan Wilson.
It's now an entrepreneurial venture for Byron Wilson, Jr. and his business partner Andrew Stith.
The duo offers a grocery delivery service to the greater downtown Cleveland area, but it also comes with a customized twist.
"It's good for Cleveland, no one is doing it, so why not us," said Toka Ivey, a personal chef who's ready and available to cook up the groceries delivered by Go Shoppers Ohio.
There's extra cost for the chef services, but Chef Toka says her customized meals are priceless.
From Giant Eagle; to Heinen's, even Constantino's Market, personal shoppers will fill your bags and deliver them right to your door.
It's simple you sign up on the website, three hours before you want your delivery.
"The minimum is $29.99 for the actual purchase and we have rates for one time purchases and we have monthly packages as well," said Wilson.
With the winter in full swing and snow showing up on the Cleveland 19 radar, having someone shop and deliver groceries for you, may not be a bad idea.
