CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Police have identified the 17-year-old killed in Sunday's crash.

Willie R. Workman,17, of Cleveland was a passenger and ejected during the crash.

Police say around 5:30 p.m. Sunday a 14-year-old male was driving in a stolen 2002 Dodge Caravan and failed to stop at the red light at the intersection of Community College Avenue.

That's when the 14-year-old and a driver of a Nissan Sentra, who had the green light, collided. Workman was one of two passengers in the stolen Caravan. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

The force of the collision spun the driver of the Nissan Sentra into a Jeep Patriot, which was stopped on Community College Avenue.

The 14-year-old and a second passenger in the Caravan were taken to MetroHealth Medical Center with severe injuries.

The drivers of the Sentra and Patriot were either not hurt or declined medical treatment.
