CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - An arrest warrant has been issued for a man wanted for aggravated murder in the shooting death of 5-month-old Aavielle Wakefield last fall.
According to the warrant, Cleveland Police say Charles E. Caldwell fired at the vehicle that was traveling near Spear Avenue and E. 145th Street on Oct. 1. One of the shots struck and killed Aavielle, who was the only one hit.
According to police, Caldwell is a 30-year-old black male, standing 6'6" weighing 225 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Lawrence Hilliard was indicted on one count of tampering with evidence.
David Holmes was indicted on 13 counts, including murder and aggravated murder.
Both will appear in court on Monday in a pre-trial.
