CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A federal lawsuit filed by former Cuyahoga County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora has been settled.
In the lawsuit, Dimora said he slipped and fell in a puddle of water from a leaky roof at the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center in Youngstown.
Details of the settlement were not released and the lawsuit has been dismissed.
Dimora is serving a 28 year sentence for corruption charges and is currently housed at a prison in West Virginia.
