US Marshals nab fugitive Rocco Pandoli

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - Five months after being featured as a Fugitive of the Week, US Marshals announced the arrest of Rocco Pandoli.

Pandoli was arrested in Steubenville, Ohio Wednesday morning.

He was taken into custody by deputies and task force officers out of West Virginia.

Pandoli was wanted in West Virginia for aiding and abetting in a homicide.

On October 9, 2015 33-year-old Lemroy Coleman was shot and killed outside a bar in the Wheeling, WV area. It is believed that after the homicide both Pandoli and Dallas Acoff fled back to Cleveland.

Acoff, the accused shooter, is currently locked up. He was caught in December.

A third suspect, Michael Angelo Johnson of Wheeling, turned himself in to Wheeling police on Nov. 9, the day after the shooting. He is charged with aiding and abetting as well.
