Update: Two teens missing from Wadsworth

Two teens remain missing from Wadsworth

WADSWORTH, OH (WOIO) - A teenage couple who ran away have now been missing from Wadsworth for the last two weeks.

15-year-old Jenna Kaczynski on April 12 jumped on the back of a motorcycle with her boyfriend, 16-year-old Jeremiah Reeves, and disappeared.

Her great aunt, Michele Fetty has custody of Jenna and didn't see any red flags.

"I don't know," Fetty said. "The last thing she said to me was 'Aunt Shell can I go outside? Jeremiah and I had an argument.' That's the last thing she said to me and I haven't seen her since."

Both attend Wadsworth High School and have been dating for just four months. Two weeks ago, they ran away like a modern day Romeo and Juliet.

"We just want you to come home because we are all worried about you," Fetty said.

Jeremiah's bike was dumped near a wooded area near Hinckley Lake and they tossed four disposable cell phones.

There have been searches and posters are up.

Jeremiah's mom, Cynthia Taylor is stunned.

"It is a whirlwind romance," Taylor said. "I just didn't see how fast the wind was moving."

Cleveland 19 News wants to know: Have you seen these two kids?

"We don't sleep very much," Taylor added. "You get up in the morning. You look out the window and you hope he shows up."

If you have any information on the disappearance of this young couple, please call Wadsworth Police at 330-334-1511.
