AKRON, OH (WOIO) -

Charles Queer, 63, of Tallmadge, was indicted Thursday in connection with the death of 17-year-old Patricia Powell.

Queer was indicted on two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and three counts of operating a vehicle under the influence.

Powell, of Briner Street in Akron, was eastbound on I-76, near the South Arlington St. exit when she pulled over and got out due to car troubles. She had her emergency flashers on when she was hit and her car rear-ended by Queer's SUV.

Police say Queer's alcohol level was more than two times the legal limit.

His arraignment in Summit County court is set for tomorrow.
