    A man was stabbed in the neck Saturday night and Lakewood Police say the suspect is still on the loose.  Dispatch received a call at 11:42 p.m. on April 30, for a man stabbed in the throat in front of Flying Rib Tavern at 11926 Madison Ave.

    A man was stabbed in the neck Saturday night and Lakewood Police say the suspect is still on the loose.  Dispatch received a call at 11:42 p.m. on April 30, for a man stabbed in the throat in front of Flying Rib Tavern at 11926 Madison Ave.

LAKEWOOD, OH (WOIO) -

A man accused of stabbing another man in the neck surrendered, Lakewood Police said. 

Dispatch received a call at 11:42 p.m. on April 30, for a man stabbed in the throat in front of Flying Rib Tavern at 11926 Madison Ave.

The victim, 43-year-old Dick Spence, was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center

The suspect, Shawn Sims, 55, has been charged with felonious assault. He's locked up in the Lakewood City Jail on a $100,000 bond.
