AKRON, OH (WOIO) -

A former day care worker facing three child endangering charges will be back in court June 6.

Kiara Davis admitted to abusing three children to investigators.

Prosecutors say she was working at Little Steps Big Dreams Day Care on Waterloo Road in Akron when the abuse allegedly happened.

One child was dragged by an ankle, another was held down on a mat and another had her mouth taped shut. The abuse reportedly happened between April 8 and April 11.

Davis has since been fired.

Investigators say Davis told them she didn't intend to cause any harm she was just frustrated and lost control.
