CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A Euclid wife is accused of murdering her husband, with the help of their three adult children.
Debora Brichacek, her daughters Wendi and Debbi and her son Brian were arraigned Tuesday on the charges of murder, involuntary manslaughter, failing to provide for a functionally impaired person, felonious assault and kidnapping.
All four pleaded not guilty and their bonds were set at $50,000 each.
Richard Brichacek, who had multiple sclerosis, died December 12th, 2015.
The 63-year-old man weighed only 93 lbs. when he died.
Malnutrition is listed as one of the factors contributing to his death.
Richard and Debora had been married for 36 years. Richard worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland for 30 years.
A pretrial hearing for all four is set for May 19.
