Grant helps low-income high school students take college classes

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A new kind of Pell Grant will help low-income students take college classes while they're still in high school.

The experimental program will start this summer at 44 colleges-mostly community colleges-granting 10,000 students about $2000 per year.
