WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) - The man accused of killing three people at the Chalk Linez barbershop in Warrensville Heights has now been indicted on a new charge of getting someone to kill a witness.

Douglas Shine faces the death penalty if convicted of the February 2015 triple shooting.

Walter Lee Barfield, 23, William Gonzalez, 32, and Brandon White, 31, died from their injuries. Gonzalez was the owner of the barber shop. Three other people were injured by Shine's gunfire at the barber shop.

That indictment also covered a January 20th, 2015 attack on Angelus Avenue in Cleveland where another victim was shot 13 times.

Shine's trial is scheduled to begin on September 7.

He will be arraigned on the new charge on May 19.
