Tony Z's Game 6 halftime thoughts

Toronto, Ontario - *We knew the Raptors wouldn't go down without a fight. We didn't know they're taking that literally. Jonas Valanciunas drilled Richard Jefferson with an elbow early in the second quarter, causing RJ to immediately get in Jonas' face. If you're getting RJ, one of the most professional players in the league, riled up, you're probably crossing the line.

*With 3:18 left in the first quarter, Bismack Biyombo elbowed Kevin Love in the face. Somehow the officials missed it, but upon further review (one of many in the first half), hit Biz with a flagrant, raising his total to suspension level, should there be a Game 7. Otherwise it applies to the start of next season.

*By halftime these teams had combined for 22 fouls. The second quarter was brutal to watch. Midway through, the Cavs and Raptors had each scored 8 points in the quarter.

*There was some basketball, though. Channing Frye, who came into the game shooting 57 percent from 3-point land, was at it again, burying back to back 3's to start the second quarter and put the Cavs up 12.

*But it's LeBron leading the way. Twenty-one points in the first half, including a dynamic sequence with 5:00 left when he threw down a 3, then next time down court faked the trey and went in for an emphatic dunk.
